Issue/Rationale
Establish a Final Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The Final Completion date is August 6, 2013. This phase of the project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Engineer, Haddad Engineering, Inc., is finally complete and in accordance with the project documents. Contractor: W. W. Gay Mechanical Contractor, Inc.
Recommended Action
Approve Final Completion.
